House with 105 m² and a 4-Bedroom Layout

We offer a factory package for the construction of the house shown in the pictures. The wall height is 3.0 meters, allowing for living in a house with high ceilings. The project's thoughtful layout ensures daylight in the living room throughout the day thanks to windows placed on three walls of the room.

• 224mm EPS80 Neopor SIP panels for external walls;
• Insulated connection elements for 224mm panels;
• 195x45 timber cut to project specifications for wall assembly;
• Screws, connectors, and anchor screws for panel assembly;
• Bituminous horizontal foundation waterproofing;
• Foam for panel interconnection;
• Polyurethane sealant;
• Assembly instructions;
• Technical project for building permit and site connection.
